The School Account Coordinator contributes to and executes strategies set by the division and Sales Operations Director in order to launch and maintain school uniform programs, support the account executives, promote the brand, and grow sales/relationships with customers.

 

Overview 

  • Support account executives as they prospect for new accounts and expand business within existing accounts. This support includes, but is not limited to, sample requests, collateral requests, prospect logo setups, and various day to day tasks.

  • Responsible for the setup of all new business accounts, including the collection of the uniform program details from the customer, setup of the logo/final approval, building the catalog of data for the website, and launching the program to the school. 

  • Maintain existing accounts through day to day interaction, logo changes, site edits, and general inquiries/program changes. 

  • Optimize sales through customer relationships and always being attentive to program growth opportunities.

  • Partner with the embroidery and heat transfer teams to create the school account logo as per their branding guidelines. Ultimately the coordinator is responsible for accurately representing the schools brand through the logo setup process.

  • Manage the custom product process per account from beginning to end, ensuring all cross functional partners are meeting deadlines and moving forward with the request.

  • Serves as the day to day contact for school administrators. School administrators reach out with various needs (questions, order requests, sales data, site edits, logo edits, etc.); the coordinator is responsible for fielding and executing these requests.

  • Lead or collaborate with the team on occasional department projects. 

Customers & Relationships

  • A key component of this role is the continuous development and growth of relationships with new and existing customers. 

  • Manage action items and communications with customers and partners; this often includes communications or meetings with various cross functional teams (Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales Team, Merch, Design, Marketing, Website, etc.).

Skills & Requirements

  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and partners in various roles.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail is critical (highly detail oriented and meticulous).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a basic knowledge of Excel functions such as Vlookup, filtering, and other basic formulas.

  • Ability to work independently and stay on task to meet daily deadlines and workload.
