Product Defect or Quality Returns
We stand behind the quality of our product 100%. If there is a product defect or quality issue, the item can be returned at any time and the return shipping is on us! Please call 1.877.825.2860 to process a product defect or quality issue return.
Upon receipt of the return in our facility, we will process a refund in 7-10 business days (to the original form of payment for the original amount paid for that item).
All Other Returns
(Examples include sizing returns, dislike the look, feel, fit, or style, changed your mind, etc.)
- If the item is in the original form (unused and not washed or worn), and the order shipped less than 30 calendar days ago, you may return the item using a prepaid return label (printed directly from our site). Upon receipt of the return in our facility, we will process a refund in 7-10 business days to the original form of payment for the original amount paid for that item.
- If the item has been washed, worn, or the tags removed, we will not accept the return, unless it’s a product defect or quality issue. For returns sent to us under these circumstances or conditions, we will not provide a refund in any manner and we cannot return the goods back to the customer for any reason (if the customer changes their mind about the return).
- Returns received without proper paperwork (please see Return Process below), not in original condition, and not a defect, will not be refunded in any manner. Also, we cannot ship returned goods back to the customer for any reason (if the customer changes their mind about the return).
We encourage you to use our online sizing guide to determine what size best fits your child. Should you need additional assistance, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Since many of our garments are embellished with logos on demand, ordering multiple sizes of the same item to determine correct fit is not permitted. In these cases, returns will require approval from our account team.
Due to the nature of the item: ALL MASK SALES ARE FINAL. MASKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON (If a mask is returned, it will be discarded without refund).
- Click on CHECK ORDER STATUS in the upper right corner of our website.
- Enter your email address and order number. It is important to enter the same email address that was used on the order.
- Click on START RETURN near the top right corner of the order details section.
- Enter the quantity of each line item being returned in the return quantity field, enter the return reason for each item, and click PRINT.
- Enclose the printed copy of the return form inside the return package (returns received without this packing list will not be refunded and cannot be shipped back to you), and apply the return label to the outside. Drop the package at your nearest USPS (United States Postal Service) drop box or location.
- For proper return and refund processing, it is imperative to enclose a copy of the return form in the package.

- If you need a different size or item, you may place a new order via the online store. You'll pay for the replacement order and we'll provide a refund (per the policy outlined above) upon receipt of the return.
- If the return is the result of a product defect or quality issue, we will waive the shipping charges on the replacement order (exact style, color, and size replacement required for free shipping). Replacement orders for any other reason will include the normal shipping charge.
- Altered items and custom items are not returnable for any reason.
