EASY EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We now offer an Easy Exchange Program! We understand that sometimes you receive an item that doesn’t meet your needs or fit as you expected and you simply want to replace it with an alternate size or style, but you need it FAST!
Our Easy Exchange program allows you to return and reorder at no out-of-pocket cost AND we will rush order processing of your replacement item(s).
POLICY
Product Defect or Quality Issues:
We stand behind the quality of our product 100%. If there is a product defect or quality issue, the item can be returned at any time and the return shipping is on us! Please call 1.877.825.2860 to process a product defect or quality issue return.
Upon receipt of the return in our facility, we will process a refund in 7-10 business days (to a School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger e-gift card for the amount paid for that item). Easy exchanges are not available for product defect or quality issues that are beyond 30-calendar days of shipment.
All Other Exchange/Return Requests:
(Examples include sizing returns, dislike the look, feel, fit, or style, changed your mind, etc.)
- If the item is in the original form (unused and not washed or worn), and the order shipped less than 30-calendar days ago, you may process an Easy Exchange or Standard Return.
- Returns received without proper paperwork (please see process details below), not in original condition (item has been washed, worn, or the tags removed), and not a defect, will not be refunded in any manner. Also, we cannot ship returned goods back to the customer for any reason (if the customer changes their mind about the return).
- We encourage you to use our online sizing guide to determine what size best fits your child. Should you need additional assistance, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Since many of our garments are embellished with logos on demand, ordering multiple sizes of the same item to determine correct fit is not permitted.
- Altered items and custom items are not returnable for any reason.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PROCESS
- To begin, log into your School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger account on www.globalschoolwear.com
- Next, click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
- A menu will display on the left side of the page, click on Order History.
- Locate the order for the item(s) you wish to return and click on the order number.
- Now click on CREATE RETURN or CREATE EXCHANGE! These buttons are located near the top left corner of the order details section. If the shipping date has exceeded our 30-calendar day timeline, these links will not be clickable. Also, only the items that are within the return policy timeline will appear after clicking either button.
- Enter the quantity of each line item being exchanged or returned in the quantity field, enter the return reason for each item, and click SUBMIT RETURN or PROCESS EXCHANGE.
- Next steps are outlined below per process.
EASY EXCHANGES:
- Acknowledge the credit card authorization and enter your Credit Card details. Click COMPLETE EXCHANGE.
- You’ll need to ship the returned items back within 14 days of starting the return process. *
- You will be immediately redirected to a page that displays the return packing list and prepaid shipping label for the items being sent back to us, click PRINT. Keep a copy (or make a note) of your return tracking number. You may log into your account at any time, click on RETURNS/EXCHANGES, then click on the specific return/exchange in question. Scroll to the bottom of the page to reference your return label and tracking number. This will also show the status of your return.
- Enclose the printed copy of the return packing list inside the return package (returns received without this packing list will not be processed and cannot be shipped back to you), and apply the return label to the outside. Drop the package at your nearest USPS (United States Postal Service) dropbox or location.
- For proper return and refund processing, it is imperative to enclose a copy of the return packing list in the package.
- You will also instantly receive an e-gift card for the originally paid value of the returned goods. This e-gift card will be emailed to you, stored in your online account with us, and auto-applied to your replacement order.
- You may use this e-gift card to immediately shop for exchange items (this allows you to order exactly what you need). If the exchange order is placed within 10 days of creation of the e-gift card, you will receive FREE standard shipping and EXPEDITED processing of your exchange order. The shopper is responsible for any product or price changes that exceed the value of the e-gift card.
*To process an exchange, a credit card authorization is required for the value of the order. The authorization will be voided upon receipt of the returned items. If we do not receive the return items, the authorized card will be charged for the unreturned items. There are no exceptions, we cannot process an exchange through customer service without a credit card authorization.
STANDARD RETURNS:

- The purpose of this change is to eliminate instances in which customers order multiple sizes of items for try-on purposes, with the intent to return what does not fit. Most items, especially logo’d or hemmed, cannot be put back into our inventory for various reasons. Often our customers don’t realize that we cannot repurpose our returns, so we wanted to take a moment and share that important detail with you. We are sure you can understand that too many returns of this nature will not allow us to offer such an easy and free return process.
