Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on nurturing relationships with our existing partner schools, ensuring they are fully engaged with our services, and identifying opportunities for growth within our customer base.

 

Key Responsibilities

      • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

        Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators at existing partner schools.

        Ensure schools are actively promoting our services to their families and are satisfied with our offerings.

        Conduct regular check-ins to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback.

      • Sales Development & Growth

        Identify and develop new sales opportunities within our existing customer base.

        Seek referrals from satisfied customers to generate new leads.

        Upsell additional products and services that align with customer needs.

      • Communication & Product Knowledge

        Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

        Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and services.

        Stay up-to-date with product information and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

      • CRM & Data Management

        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.

        Utilize CRM data to track customer engagement and identify opportunities for follow-up

      • Collaboration & Teamwork

        Work closely with the Sales and Coordinator teams to align strategies and achieve sales goals.

        Share insights and feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and initiating conversations with customers to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
